If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one support to a student with specific educational needs. Assist in the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs). Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. Foster a positive and supportive relationship with the student. Aid in classroom activities and support the class teacher. Monitor and track the progress of the student. Collaborate with the school #39;s Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) and other staff members. Ensure the safety and well-being of the student at all times.Qualifications and Skills: Experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred. A relevant teaching assistant qualification is desirable but not essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help students succeed.
