The role We are looking for an outstanding SEN Teaching Assistant to be placed in Primary Schools across Leeds. The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant will: Have previous experience supporting teaching and learning or supporting pupils Plan and deliver bespoke learning programmes specifically centred around your pupil rsquo;s needs and interests, overcoming their barriers to learning. Support your pupils rsquo; academic, emotional, and social development on a one-to-one basis Work collaboratively with other members of staff and colleagues Have a passion for supporting young pupils with their learning and development Show resilience, patience, creativity and empathy All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
