Position: Deburrer Salary: GBP30,000 to GBP38,000 - depending on experience, plus overtime paid at x1.5 and benefits Hours: Monday to Thursday 7am till 4:00pm and Friday 6am till 1pm Location: Commutable from Camberley, Bracknell, Farnborough, Farnham, Guildford, Aldershot and surrounding areas Company An established, modern and growing manufacturing company who precision machined parts and solutions to various industries, including Aerospace and Defence, are on the look out for a Deburrer whose looking for a career move. Responsibilities You will be responsible for performing deburring processes including setting up and operating machinery that grinds, smooths and buffs mass-produced parts, ensuring they are presentable to be packed and sent to the customer. middot; Deburr and hand finish parts as required by using established procedures, machines and tooling; middot; Visual inspection of parts to ensure each meets the requirements of the order; middot; To communicate any issues relating to production, informing of parts not being to tolerance; middot; Final inspections, working to a high level of quality control to avoid customer dissatisfaction and potential returns; middot; Assisting with the packing and despatch of customer orders, carefully following paperwork to avoid potential discrepancies; middot; Support colleagues by assisting with other duties when required, to aid the smooth running of the Company; middot; Work in accordance to the quality system and processes of the company; middot; Maintain a clean and safe work area; middot; Be punctual at all times; middot; Adhere to the company rsquo;s health and safety requirements and complete training as required Requirements middot; Experience of deburring or similar middot; Willingness and drive to learn and grow middot; Career driven middot; Good communicator with the hunger and drive middot; Strong team player ndash; This company promote teamwork and it is imperative part of the role.
