Health safety advisor

The Company Assured Safety Recruitment is seeking a Health and Safety Advisor to one of the largest and fasted growing companies in their field. As a Health and Safety Advisor, you will be responsible for providing advice, guidance and support to the organisation to ensure compliance with relevant health and safety legislation. bull; Conduct risk assessments and ensure that all health and safety policies, procedures and guidelines are in place and up-to-date. bull; Monitor and review health and safety policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure they are in line with current legislation. bull; Assist in the investigation of accidents and incidents and provide advice for corrective action. bull; Promote a positive health and safety culture throughout the organisation. bull; Provide training to staff and other stakeholders on health and safety related matters. bull; Liaise with external bodies such as the Health and Safety Executive to ensure compliance with all current legislation. bull; Develop and implement health and safety plans and procedures. bull; Monitor the performance of health and safety systems and recommend changes where necessary. Requirements: bull; A minimum of 2 years #39; experience in Health Safety . bull; Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation. bull; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. bull; Good problem-solving skills. bull; Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
