Customer service administrator

A well-established electrical company of ours in Braintree are recruiting a part time Customer Service Administrator to join their team asap! This position is working Monday, Tuesday and Friday #39;s 08:30 - 17:30 (30 minute unpaid lunch break). Paying GBP11.44 per hour on a temporary - permanent basis. Key Customer Service Administrator duties for this position include but are not limited to: Processing customer orders and making necessary amendments. Sending customer #39;s their order acknowledgements and corresponding documents. Maintaining and exceeding customer service level standard with current and new customers. Liaising with transport regarding customers deliveries. Liaising with production/warehouse regarding product and order lead times. Support with Website customer #39;s orders and updates. Support with customer shipment process. Assisting with any other admin duties. Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Customer Service Administrator position: Knowledge of the Priority ERP system (advantage). Numeracy and literacy levels equivalent to GSCE Grade C. Manufacturing industry experience would be advantageous. High level of numeracy/attention to detail. Pro-active and responsive to customer (internal and external) requirements.
