Job Vacancy: Welder / Fabricator (Initial Contract with Possibility of Extension) Location: NW5 3AP Start Date: ASAP - 1 Month Contract Pay Rate: GBP18.52 Per Hour PAYE Working Hours: 37 Hours Per Week, 08:00 - 16:30 Job Purpose: To carry out building repairs, maintenance and renewals ranging from emergency and other routine reactive repairs on numerous sites daily to single site programmed repairs and refurbishment work in occupied and void housing properties and other premises by best trade practice and to current standards and regulations. To carry out works to a consistently high standard of quality and customer satisfaction and complete works #39;Right First Time #39;. Responsibilities: Undertake all aspects of building repairs, maintenance and renewals within own trade discipline ranging from routine reactive repairs to major renewals and refurbishment work in occupied and void properties? Carry out building repairs, maintenance and renewals in other trades related to and associated with own trade discipline in a proficient manner Carry out building repairs, maintenance and renewals in a range of trade disciplines in a proficient manner (applies to Multi-trade role)Requirements: Completed apprenticeship / City Guilds / NVQ qualification or demonstrable trade experience.
