The college is looking for a driven Learning Support Mentor to join their team of talented educators. They need to be motivated and enthusiastic towards getting the best out of their learners through a detailed approach in 1:1 learning and development. They need to be able to deliver high quality support in a range of difference vocational courses. The Learning Support Mentor must be compassionate and consistent to create a warm and approachable environment for their students to feel safe and inclusive throughout their learning journey.
