Trainee Recruitment Consultant Opportunity in Belfast City Centre GBP24,000 starting salary commission per placement (Year 1 OTE north of 35K) Why Recruitment? We #39;re searching for ambitious, enthusiastic individuals to join our team in Belfast who can work on building relationships and match talented candidates with job vacancies. To be successful in this role, you must be professional, confident, and financially driven. Recruitment experience is not essential; however, a background is sales is desirable. Full training and support will be provided, to help you become an industry expert and a successful, established recruiter within the Irish tech market. Your responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant: Proactively sourcing candidates - you #39;ll build relationships and a create a pipeline of qualified individuals for current and future job openings. Guiding candidates through the recruitment process - you #39;ll assist candidates during interviews and ensure a smooth experience. Staying informed about industry trends - providing market insights and managing expectations. Generating new business - chasing leads, cold calling, conducting research and meeting new clients. Introducing candidates to clients - you #39;ll represent candidates, schedule interviews, and offer relevant feedback. Ensuring a seamless recruitment process - your goal is successful placements for both clients and candidates. What can you expect joining Reperio Human Capital? A competitive basic salary (GBP24,000-GBP30,000) and uncapped commission, which is paid to you monthly.
