Technical Manager Exciting opportunities lie ahead in the realm of Refrigeration and Heating Technology, with a focus on conserving energy and optimizing operations. Responsibilities: * Conduct timely and thorough reviews and approvals of design documentation. * Guarantee the efficacy of design quality assurance procedures. * Possess specialized expertise in engineering and industrial refrigeration plant design. * Actively contribute as a member of the Technical Management Team. * Offer technical expertise and guidance, including support for sales and commissioning. * Aid in resolving technical challenges during and post-contract periods. * Identify opportunities for enhancing system efficiency and reducing costs. * Spot potential areas for improvement and the development of new designs and systems. Key Skills and Experience: * Hold an engineering qualification (minimum HND, degree preferred). * Demonstrate industry experience in a technical/design capacity within industrial refrigeration. * Exhibit exceptional interpersonal and organizational abilities. * Display proficiency in communication, both written and verbal. * Possess the capacity to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
