The school have an exciting opportunity for seeking a learning support assistant to join them in September 2024! The primary school is a vibrant and inclusive primary school who are committed to providing a nurturing environment for all children. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be an integral part of the team, working closely with a dynamic group of special needs children with ADHD and challenging behaviour. Responsibilities Include: Providing one-to-one support to children during classroom activities Assisting the class teacher in implementing personalise learning plans Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment Collaborating with other support staff and professionals to address individual needs Implementing behaviour management strategies in line with the school #39;s policiesRelevant experience supporting children with ADHD and challenging behaviour is essential.
