Head of block management

This would be the perfect career step for someone who has extensive experience in block management, has managed a team and has achieve the MIRPM (MTPI) qualification. Regional Manager - Company Profile: This is a large independent property company with a network of offices and coverage across London. They are experts in residential and commercial property services, block property management, surveying and financial services. Their success depends on giving their customers an expert service and they know they can only do that with the right people, so they ensure that going to work is fulfilling, rewarding and fun. Regional Manager - Key Duties: * Review the productivity and performance of the department, ensuring KPIs and customer service is delivered * Work with the Divisional Director to review and implement policies, KPIs and standards to ensure the efficient operation of the division * Handle and resolve escalated problems/complaints in line with the relevant management agreement, procedure or policy * Responsible for block management of a small portfolio * Schedule and undertake inspections to ensure properties are safe and in satisfactory condition, in line with agreed maintenance schedules * Report to clients on the inspections, agreeing and actioning relevant works * Request quotes and organise routine maintenance or major works to ensure contractual requirements are met Regional Manager ndash; Person Profile: * Extensive previous residential property (block) management experience * MIRPM qualified (now MTPI) * Proven track record in a senior/team management role * Passionate about delivering outstanding service and creating procedure and culture to deliver on it * Passionate about upskilling and knowledge sharing * Strong team building background who values open collaboration across departments * Proven senior level dispute resolution and problem solving skills Package - Regional Manager: Basic Salary GBP75,000 A range of company benefits Monday ndash; Thursday 8 hours per day flex and Friday 9am ndash; 5pm Hybrid working If you have several years experience in residential block management in senior/team leader/management roles and are seeking a move to a more established and flexible firm, please contact us asap for more information on this role as a Regional Manager ndash; Block Management
