IT Support Engineer Contract | euro;240/day+ | Dublin | Hybrid Our client is currently seeking an IT Support Engineer to handle 2nd and 3rd-level support for on-site and remote teams in a multinational setting. Responsibilities: Deliver advanced 2nd 3rd-level support on a global scale for our client #39;s end users Address intricate technical challenges spanning software, hardware, networking, and infrastructure Implement proactive solutions and preventive measures to minimize recurring issues and enhance overall system stability Requirements: Hold a Bachelor #39;s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or possess relevant industry certifications Have more than 3 years of experience in a comparable technical support role Demonstrate proficiency with desktop support technologies, including Microsoft Windows, macOS, Active Directory and SCCM Bring experience in working within a cloud environment, such as AWS or Azure We encourage you to apply if you are an experienced IT Support Engineer with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a proven track record of resolving complex technical issues.
