You will act as a trusted advisor, matching talented individuals to the right job opportunities and guiding employers in their search for outstanding talent. Key Responsibilities: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and promoting repeat business Proactively sourcing and engaging with potential clients and candidates through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and social media platforms Conducting in-depth interviews with candidates to determine their skills, experience, and career aspirations Matching suitable candidates to available job vacancies and presenting them to clients in a professional and persuasive manner Providing exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, handling any queries or concerns promptly and effectivelyRequirements: Previous sales experience, ideally in a target-driven environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with people from all backgrounds Strong negotiation and influencing skills, able to persuade clients and candidates effectively A positive and resilient attitude, able to overcome challenges and maintain motivation A driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required, as you may occasionally need to visit clients in personOur client offers a competitive salary package, a supportive working environment, and excellent opportunities for career growth and progression.
