In this role you will assist in the Technical Services Lead with the resolution of 2nd 3rd Line Helpdesk Tickets, and general day to day tasks supporting the client #39;s UK and European IT Infrastructure. You will also be tasked with assisting with IT Technical Projects and potentially be given ownership of IT Infrastructure Projects, Transitions / Transformations, Migrations and Consolidations that are pipelined for late 2024, into 2025 and 2026. You will be a key player within the IT Infrastructure Team, required to ensure all Infrastructure Systems are kept up to date and software lifecycles are well visible, suitable for purpose and well documented. This role will require you work on Infrastructure call queue ensuring the IT Infrastructure Estate is kept up to date via patching and firmware updates as appropriate. When required support technical projects and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
