SEMH School Tradewind are looking for a SEMH Secondary Teaching Assistant to work with a primary and secondary Alternative Provision in Westminster, this will be a class based role supporting pupils with classwork and manage any challenging behaviour of the learners. This role is based within an SEMH specialist setting for students who for many reasons are unable to access mainstream education. The class consists of 8 pupils with behavioural issues so the college are looking for a very strong role model.
