Job Title: HR Assessor Trainer Location: Remote / National Coverage - Must be flexible with travel Salary: Up to circa GBP38,000 (Salary is dependant on level of delivery, skills and experience) Type: Full Time, Permanent Essential Criteria: bull; Must have recent exposure / experience of delivering, assessing or coaching HR Apprenticeship Standards. bull; Must hold CIPD Level 5 in Human Resources OR Learning and Development. bull; Ideally hold a recognised Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA) OR Teaching qualification (PTLLS / AET). bull; Happy to support learners with Functional Skills (Maths and English up to Level 2). bull; Must be comfortable with Online 1-1 and group-based training delivery. bull; Hold solid occupational experience within HR, ideally at management level. bull; Full, clean, UK driving licence and access to own vehicle. bull; Must be flexible with travel. Duties include: bull; Assess, coach, and support a caseload of learners working towards Apprenticeship qualifications in HR, Levels 3 and 5 bull; Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely assessments and reviews are conducted. bull; Support learners to achieve Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2. bull; Deliver a blended learning approach with the majority of delivery taking place remotely together with face to face visits when required bull; Organise and maintain documentation on learners #39; progress. bull; Support, advise and motivate learners. bull; Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner rsquo;s needs.
