Support worker young people

Your Duties: Working to support children with a variety of complex neuro-disabilities, physical disabilities and various health needs you will be assisting with personal care and all aspects of daily living needs while following individual care plans. This will be assisted by the state-of the art facilities available to you. You will be involved in a role that will give back to you, as much as you put into your role. You might be responsible for supporting someone to eat and drink, or assisting with meeting health needs or supporting with manual handling, no two days will be the same! Your Skills: Do you have a passion to want to help and support young people? Do you want to work within a multi-professional with everything required at your fingertips? If you have empathy, and a passion for helping and supporting individuals this could be the perfect role for you.
