Caretaker

We are actively looking for experienced Caretakers for Estate Caretaking within Camden, Islington and Haringey. Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-4pm (36 hours a week) Rates: GBP15.30- GBP16.93 per hour Successful candidates will have previous caretaking experience within a Local Authority environment and will be available to start immediately. We are looking for candidates with experience only, please only apply if you have caretaking or estate cleaning experience. The role will include but will not be limited to the following duties: * Cleaning of stairwells and communal/public areas * Cleaning duties will include, dusting, disinfecting, sweeping, mopping and cleaning of handrails * Refuse removal * Light grounds maintenance duties * Graffiti removal and cleaning of various types of vandalism * General maintenance duties, such as changing lightbulbs, painting etc Requirements: * DBS * Full UK drivers license (desirable but not essential for majority of the roles) * Manuel position physically fitness is a requirement * Report writing basic IT skills * Previous experience, however training will be provided If you are interested and would like to apply for the role, please send your CV and contact details to Magdalena Uzarowska in response to this ad.
