Key Responsibilities: Offer one-to-one assistance to a student in Key Stage 3. Tailor support to address individual learning needs. Collaborate with teachers and educational professionals to implement effective strategies. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Assist in the development of the student #39;s social and academic skills.Requirements: Proven experience as a One-to-One Support Assistant. Commitment to a full-time position. Passion for supporting children with autism and ADHD. Ability to adapt and implement strategies to meet the unique needs of the student.
