Temporary school receptionist

Position: School Receptionist Start Date: Immediate Start, Temporary, approximate end date of July 2024 Location: Sunderland Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM #x23F0; Pay Rate: GBP12.00hr - GBP12.50hr Responsibilities: Provide general reception support to the school, including handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries from students, parents, and staff. Front of House duties - serving as the main point of contact for all parents and visitors. Manage the school #39;s filing system, ensuring all documents are stored and retrieved appropriately. Maintain accurate student records, including attendance, admissions, and data entry. Assist with the organisation of school events, meetings, and schedules.Requirements: Previous experience working within an educational environment is highly beneficial. Enhanced DBS check is mandatory due to the nature of the role. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
