As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area. Your excellent phone manner and ability to adapt to different situations will be key in ensuring smooth operations for our client. What you #39;ll be doing: Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department Answering and transferring incoming calls promptly and efficiently Managing and scheduling meeting rooms Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Keeping the reception area clean and organisedWhat we #39;re looking for: Excellent phone manner with strong communication skills Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise A welcoming and friendly demeanour Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)This is a temporary role starting on June 10th, 2024, and ending on July 31st, 2024, with a contract length of 7 weeks. The working pattern is full-time, with a daily rate ranging from GBP90 to GBP120.
