As a Regional Operations Manager, you rsquo;ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our care services. You rsquo;ll lead a team of compassionate Healthcare Assistants, whilst ensuring the highest quality of service delivery. Key responsibilities: Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families and clients to ensure holistic care Inspire, motivate and build a highly skilled and engaged workforce and show a strong commitment to nurturing and developing staff To provide leadership, support and mentorship to frontline staff Look to maintain and improve the CQC standards within all packages Rota management Have the ability to work in a fast pace reactive environment Previous experience in managerial position within care Why join us?
