Qualified early years practitioner level 2 or 3

Searching for a reliable, trustworthy, and innovative Montessori Teacher newly qualified or with experience. Must be local to the Croydon/ Thornton Heath area. Must be able to assess children #39;s individual needs and be familiar with the early years curriculum. As much as delivering lessons and lesson plans they must also be able to plan for individual next steps, developing lesson plans, independent learning, exercises and creating and stimulating a classroom where all children will feel safe and valued. Additional courses and training will be advantages or we can make arrangements to provide these. Safeguarding, first aid, health and safety would be needed to commence in this role or we can provide this as a matter of urgency. A role model for the children and an additional asset to the staff team. Depending on qualifications, experience and your hours discussed in the interview, the wages we provide may differentiate.
