Responsibilities will include: * Propose and implement procedural changes to optimise workflow efficiency and maintain high-quality standards * Efficiently manage multi-cycle payrolls, ensuring precision and compliance with regulatory reporting deadlines * Lead continuous process improvement and automation initiatives to streamline operations * Train and mentor the team * Safeguard confidentiality of payroll information and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards The successful Head of Payroll will have/be: * Fully CIPP qualified with 5+ years working as a manager/senior manager in a multi-client environment * Extensive experience working with UK clients is essential.
