SALES SERVICES OFFICER 25HOURS PER WEEK GBP17.39PER HOUR TEMPORARY ON GOING CONTRACT 12:00PM TILL 17:00PM Part time role to primarily assist with management packs solicitor enquiries relating to onward leasehold sales, with some RTB enquries. Will also deal with calls and emails from our leaseholders. Key Responsibilities: #x25CF; To verify, assess, process and maintain applications to the right to buy in accordance with current legislation, council policy and procedures. #x25CF; To support other property sales and acquisitions related work including buy backs of leasehold properties, communicating with leaseholders valuers and solicitors #x25CF; Prepare and send responses to pre-assignment enquiries from solicitors, taking responsibility for the accuracy of the information #x25CF; Support the Leasehold Services Manager #39;s activities including though not limited to: preparing consultation notices and coordinating responses, dealing with landlord consent applications and enforcement of lease terms #x25CF; General administration duties, including managing email inboxes, direct debits, ensuring data integrity #x25CF; Provide management information to the Leasehold Services Manager #x25CF; To assist the wider team and internal and external partners as necessary
