Your duties and responsibilities will be: Looking for a Software Technical Lead to provide technical support and guidance to the Software Engineering Team, ensuring smooth project progress in line with the agreed programme. bull; Overall technical and engineering Software Team leadership bull; Working closely with and supporting the Software Project Manager in all aspects of technical delivery and scope management bull; Lead the technical and quality requirements for the Software Team bull; Technical support during integrated system testing, CFAT and SAT bull; Review of documents created by the project team bull; Ensure project adherence to company quality processes and procedures bull; Detailed task and procurement list development and leadership bull; Monitoring progress of activities being progressed by the Software Team bull; Identification of project opportunities and variations bull; Support the Project Manager in identifying and managing risks and issues bull; Support the Project Manager in the project delivery strategy development and planning bull; Identification of deviations from agreed functionality or scope and notify Project Manager bull; Training planning and support bull; Mentoring of Engineers bull; Provide Health and Safety leadership by example . You will have the following qualifications experience: bull; Strong experience of system specification through design, development and testing bull; In depth knowledge of Siemens S7 PLC #39;s and WinCC SCADA systems bull; Experience leading a team with a strong focus on programme adherence bull; A good appreciation of control panels, electrical installation and Instrumentation solutions bull; A Degree or HND/HNC in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Control Systems or relevant discipline It rsquo;s great if you also have the following: bull; Providing mentoring to new or developing engineers bull; DCS bull; Drives bull; MES bull; Industry 4.0 bull; IT/OT Convergence bull; Network design and configuration bull; Cyber Security bull; Functional Safety bull; Database implementation bull; Energy Efficiency and OEE bull; Industrial Protocol Knowledge (IEC 61850, DNP3, Modbus, OPC etc) bull; Bespoke code development bull; TIA Portal PLC programming If you rsquo;re seeking a new opportunity and think you have the skills and experience for this role, then apply now or contact Emily Yuksel via LinkedIn.
