We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Change Commercial Manager within the Commercial team. This role will be based on site in Coleshill. Our head office is located within an excellent location easily accessible via the M6 and M42. The office is also accessible via rail, and we offer employees a shuttle bus transfer to our office from Birmingham international. Role description: The Change Commercial Manager is a specific role within BBV to manage BBV rsquo;s contractual entitlements through the contract mechanism. Experienced required: BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or experience equivalent Membership of RICS, CICES or CIOB Fully conversant with the change process required under NEC3/4 Compensation Events Quotations to be submitted under NEC3/4 Experience with contract administration software such as CemarPlease note candidates will need to have a current valid right to work in the UK to be considered for this role.
