You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our organisation adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies related to human resources. Job Title: HR Compliance Manager Salary: GBP50,000 - GBP60,000 per annum Location: Reading Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR compliance policies and procedures in alignment with legal requirements and industry best practices Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance and develop strategies for remediation Provide guidance and support to HR staff and management on compliance-related matters Design and deliver compliance training programs to ensure that employees understand their obligations and responsibilities Stay informed about changes in relevant laws and regulations and assess their potential impact on the organisation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance considerations into the business processes and decision-making Investigate complaints or allegations of non-compliance and recommend appropriate actions to address issuesSkills and Qualifications: Bachelor #39;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field CIPD Level 5 qualified Proven experience in HR compliance management Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex legal requirements and apply them to practical situations Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyHuntress Search Ltd acts as a Recruitment Agency in relation to all Permanent roles and as a Recruitment Business in relation to all Temporary roles.
