It desktop support analyst

Desktop support Analyst (1st 2nd line) required for a well established FTSE 250 Property Management company. This is a first and second-line IT Helpdesk and Deskside support role provinding a service to local office and remote staff. The role includes setting up and integrating new employees, managing assets, and delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include: * Serving as the main point of contact for all employees regarding IT helpdesk incidents. * Assist IT infrastructure upgrades and installations as required. * Providing technical assistance for PC users, telephony, and mobile communications * Preparation and provision of hardware and software for new employees Desired Skills Experience: Essential * At least 6 months continuous experience of Helpdesk and Desktop IT support * Understanding of Active Directory (including Administration) * Office 365 (including user Admin) * IT support (including Networking TCP/IP, DHCP/DNS) Beneficial * Experience with setting up and troubleshooting video meetings. * Experience with Freshservice IT service management or another leading ITSM tool. * Software applications support * Understanding/Awareness of ITIL support framework The role is primarily office-based with plenty of face to face interaction with staff at all levels.
