Mechanical project manager

Our client are currently on the look out for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their growing team. Our client have been well established nationwide in the Mechanical and Electrical industry. They have a practical approach to design and endeavor to provide clients with good value and innovative engineering solutions. Responsibilities: * Managing and overseeing mechanical construction projects from start to finish from GBP10K-2million * Completing and issuing NICEIC certification * Developing project plans, budgets, timelines and schedules * Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors and subcontractors * Track project costs in order to meet budget * Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement * Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner * Attending and leading where required, project meetings including: pre-construction, planning, design team and handover meetings The Candidate: * Strong Mechanical, Commercial, Industrial background * Technical, commerical and contractual experienceTechnical and Contractual experience The Package: * GBP40K (flexible depending on experience) * Pension Scheme * Laptop + Phone + Car allowance * Flexible, Hybrid working * Career progression If this role interests you then please apply with the link below
