Job Title: Independent HR Consultant Location: Lancashire, UK (Hybrid/Mostly Remote) Contract Type: Short Term Contract Salary: GBP629 per day Role Description: As an Independent HR Consultant, you will primarily work from home, with occasional travel to attend interviews and meetings. While most meetings can be conducted remotely, some onsite presence will be required for face-to-face interactions. The initial estimated duration of the contract is 20 days, subject to change based on project progress. Key Responsibilities: Conducting complex workplace investigations with precision and impartiality. Demonstrating knowledge of schools HR practices and familiarity with school governance arrangements. Providing expertise in HR, audit investigation, and related fields. Offering flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate project needs.Requirements: Specialisation in complex workplace investigations.
