Approved and formal apprenticeship served in Plumbing/Mechanical skill area required or relevant and practical experience within a similar industry Sound awareness of risk assessment working safely with equipment Complete all statutory and non-statutory maintenance in accordance with set maintenance schedules and contract SLA #39;s Complete reactive works in line with contract SLA #39;s Sound knowledge of Health Safety including ISO 9001 14,001Qualifications Experience : Demonstrate competences with all relevant qualifications Been in the FM Industry for a minimum of 5 years Carry out Maintenance and Reactive Calls You will be required to undertake general plumbing tasks as part of the role and general mechanical tasksPlease apply now for immediate consideration!
