Employment Solicitor / Legal Executive / HR Advisor ndash; CIPD Level 5 or above An opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated professional to join an Employment team. The objective will be to provide employments and HR advice that is both commercial and solution based in conjunction with bespoke documentation and on-site attendance. Benefits: * Competitive salary plus benefits, dependent upon experience * Remote working available one day a week Responsibilities: * Occasional travel required to client premises. * Delivering Employment and HR training would be advantageous. * Responsible for advising circa 30-35 retained clients, predominantly SMR rsquo;s, Independent schools, care homes and GP practices. * Providing HR and Employment Law advice to Employers * Good file management skills with a high level of attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure at times * A can-do attitude * Adept at finding commercial solutions to meet client expectations and maintaining excellent client service. Candidate Specification: * Experience of providing HR and Employment Law advice to Employers * Previous experience of advising employers in these professional sectors would be beneficial but not essential. * Experience of delivering Employment and HR training would be advantageous. * Excellent organisational, written and IT skills are essential. * Proficient with MS Office * Experience using a case management system is ideal but not essential
