Early Years Teaching Assistant (Full-time, Temporary) Newcastle Upon Tyne GBP416.65 - GBP450 per week (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications) September 2024 ndash; July 2025 The School and Role A Primary School situated in the Newcastle area are looking to employ a Teaching Assistant to work full-time, set to commence in the new academic year. The successful applicant will be working within a Reception class, offering general classroom support. The Early Years team work together to provide a rich and varied curriculum to support all pupils learning and development. This is a long-term position, with potential to turn permanent. Requirements The desired Teaching Assistant will: - Preferably have experience of supporting in Early Years. - Preferably hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification. - Be able to support pupils through offering differentiated learning. - Have an ability to work independently and as part of a team. - A friendly and enthusiastic personality.
