In this role you will be a crucial member of this high-tech automotive production facility, responsible for a team of 30 skilled operatives. This role heavily relies on your people management skills and technical proficiency to improve team productivity. You will be responsible for performance, team KPI #39;s, upholding quality and Health Safety standards.
