Key Responsibilities: * Offering senior level support (2nd / 3rd) across internal / external users. * Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software glitches across a range of devices. * Install, configure, and maintain OS and software applications. * Manage user accounts and permissions with finesse. * Collaborate with fellow IT wizards to tackle complex issues and implement ingenious solutions. * Keep meticulous records of support activities and resolutions. * Dive into IT projects as needed, bringing your expertise to the table. Requirements: * Demonstrated prowess in a similar IT support role. * Adeptness with Microsoft Windows OS and Office 365. * Familiarity with networking fundamentals like TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc. * Hands-on experience in Active Directory administration. * Office 365 experience including migration from on prem to cloud * Azure and Azure virtual desktop * Stellar communication and customer service chops. * Ability to excel both solo and in a team. * Bonus points for relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional, etc.).
