As a Home Manager, you #39;ll oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.We #39;re looking for individuals with a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality care and possess strong business acumen and marketing skills.If you #39;re ready to make a positive impact and lead with dedication, we #39;d love to hear from you.Reports to: Operations Manager/ Regional Operations ManagerKey duties and responsibilitiesProvide leadership and direction to the home rsquo;s staff team, promoting a culture of kindness, compassion and empathy. bull; Recruit, train, motivate, and retain a team of skilled care professionals who are committed to delivering person-centred care. bull; Ensure that the home meets all regulatory requirements, including those set by the CQC, and maintain excellent standards of care and support. bull; Manage the home rsquo;s budget, ensuring that financial targets are met and costs are effectively managed. bull; Develop and implement a well-thought-out marketing plan to maintain full occupancy and promote the home rsquo;s services to potential residents, families, and stakeholders. bull; Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and all stakeholders, responding effectively to their needs and concerns. bull; Have oversight of all records to ensure that the home rsquo;s administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. bull; Continuously monitor and evaluate the home rsquo;s performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary. bull; Manage and mitigate risks effectively, ensuring that the home is a safe and secure environment for residents and staff.Skills and attributes A proven track record of marketing and business skills within the private care sector, running a commercially successful, good or outstanding rated care home. Enthusiasm and passion for developing high level of person-centred care. Ability to actively participate in the growth and development of the care service. Education and qualification NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience, desirable but not essential.
