Trainee personal assistant

We are an employee owned Independent Financial Advisers, with offices in Norwich, Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Norwich team of highly-trained, specialist Personal Assistants. We are very interested in applications from talented PAs, Financial Services Administrators or those with an interest working in financial services. Industry experience is not essential, however, previous administrative experience would be preferential. You rsquo;ll get to know that we are a friendly bunch and we share the same company values, of being professional in all that we do; doing our jobs with pride and being extremely passionate about our goals! YOUR NEW JOB: You will be joining our Norwich Advisory support team, filled with some of our highly skilled Administrators and PAs, where we will make sure you feel at home in no time. We rsquo;ll develop your skills and train you in the specialist areas of financial services, in which we do business. We rsquo;ll ensure you gain the expertise which means that you can carry out your role expertly, effectively and we rsquo;ll also ensure that you can develop and progress at a pace that suits you. This is a full-time job of 37 hours, within the hours of 9-5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9-5pm on a Friday. The position is based in our Norwich office, but may require regular travel to our other offices. The minimum requirements for the job are as below: * You will be educated to GCSE level or equivalent, including Maths and English and will have achieved grades above C or 4 * Have excellent verbal and written communication skills * Be a competent computer user * You must be professional, ethical and discreet All successful candidates will be required to complete DBS, Credit and Reference checks prior to starting at Finance Shop.
