This role is crucial in managing and growing relationships with the extensive branch network while ensuring customers have a comprehensive understanding of the company #39;s expanded product range. The company is currently investing heavily in its direct product sales revenue stream, and this role will spearhead that strategic investment. Key Responsibilities: As the Strategic Sales Manager, you will be responsible for: Promoting new product sales throughout the nationwide customer base to deepen understanding of the company #39;s extensive product offering. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and marketing, to deliver a multi-channel approach that enhances customer experience. Identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion within existing accounts. Regularly reporting on account performance and pipeline to senior management. Maintaining in-depth knowledge of the full product offering and increasing awareness throughout the branch network. Qualifications and Skills: To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess: Technical sales experience, with a focus on engineered products and consumables. Ideally, an engineering qualification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels. A proven track record of growing revenue and expanding accounts. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis to drive informed decision-making.
