Maintenance engineer

Maintenance Engineer - Redruth A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Engineer to join a world leading dairy company in the Redruth area. With no day ever being the same the Maintenance Engineering role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation. Role Responsibilities: Time served as a maintenance engineer, ideally with an electrically biased skillset. Experience with the maintenance of production machinery in a FMCG environment. Attending to breakdowns on site in a timely manner (both electrical and mechanical). Look to drive continuous improvement on site, prioritising safety and efficiency. Fault Finding and Problem solving. Work as part of engineering team. Knowledge, Skills Experience Severed Apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (BTEC Level 3 or ONC) Mechanical/Electrical engineering. Time Severed in a FMCG or Food Environment is desired. Ideally 18th Edition Automation, PLC Programming and SCADA systems experience.
