Responsibilities: bull; Taking inbound calls. bull; Provide a customer-friendly service. bull; Make accurate and detailed reports of each customer interaction. bull; Operate within a number of third-party CRM systems to log requests. bull; Adhere to PCI compliance guidelines. bull; Manage workload the prioritise tasks appropriately. bull; Liaise with clients, customers and engineers to maintain positive working relationships. Skills: bull; Great first step into an office based role, our client provides training so experience isn #39;t also needed! bull; Strong communication and interpersonal skills. bull; Active listening skills. bull; Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Shifts: Flexible working hours required - afternoons AND nights (mandatory), 5 days out of 7 including weekends.
