Previous experience within a school setting as a Learning Support Assistant is preferred, however you must have had previous experience with children in some capacity ( in the UK) The Role: As a Learning Support Assistant you will need to support pupils in a 1:1 capacity within this position. Foster the initial growth and development of children, ensuring their educational journey begins on a positive note. Assist children with additional needs, tailoring your support to create a comfortable and inclusive environment.
