Customer service advisor

Our client is an industry leading manufacturer business looking to appoint a Customer Service Advisor. The successful Customer Service Advisor will be dealing with customers daily via the phone and email. You will be the central point of contact to process and follow up on orders and take inbound queries. It is important you have prior experience in customer service and or sales office. It would be useful but not essential if you have previously worked for a manufacturing or engineering focused.
