Anderson Knight are recruiting on behalf of a reputable FS company based in Glasgow. Currently looking for a New Busines Administrator. Key Responsibiltiies: * Use good judgement and accuracy during documentation checks for payout. * Report any incorrect or missing information promptly to the relevant Introducer. * Add explicit notes to flagged issues in the system for easy resolution. * Keep all information confidential and protect systems from unauthorized access. * Stay flexible and committed in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks proactively. * Build and maintain positive relationships with team members, colleagues, and Introducers. * Stay updated on Operational and Compliance policies through training sessions. * Be vigilant for signs of fraud or anti-money laundering activities, reporting promptly for evaluation. Essential Experience: * Great attention to detail * Processed data and documents experience * Able to work independently * Organisational skills
