Anderson Knight is currently recruiting for an experienced HSE Advisor for out client based in Grangemouth - (this role is offer up on a 12 months Fixed Term contract) bull; Provide QHSE support to all levels / departments within the business to promote a safe, healthy workplace. bull; Regular site visits for the purpose of, #xF0D8; Providing support on pre-job assessments for the production of Risk Assessments and Method Statements. #xF0D8; Evaluating levels of operator competence in respect of health and safety and identify relevant training requirements. #xF0D8; Carrying out job audits with a view to devising initiatives for improvements. bull; Support and assist with the assessment of risks: scrutinizing, coaching, and developing assessor competency, and providing ldquo;hands-on rdquo; input in respect of complex and/or high hazard activities. bull; Carry out risk assessments for all work processes and prepare Safe Systems of Work. bull; Raise awareness of QHSE through the creation and delivery of training, toolbox talks and briefings within the business, to develop a suitable and sufficient behavioral safety approach. bull; Plan and lead regular HSE meetings ensuring any concerns raised are addressed. bull; Monitor QHSE performance across the business: leading, conducting, supporting inspection, tour and auditing programs, ensuring actions are completed and closed out in a timely manner. bull; Ensure compliance to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, legislation, approved codes of practice and guidance. bull; Control the investigations of all accidents and incidents by managing their progress, carrying out thorough impartial and investigations, identify immediate, underlying and root causes, best preventative / corrective measures along with communicating results, ensuring actions are completed and closed out in a timely manner. bull; Produce safety alerts and ensure they are rolled out to all staff. bull; Manage customer and supplier assessment procedures, ensuring timely completion ensuring and up to date data is obtained. bull; Co-ordinate, lead and carry out internal audits to show compliance with the ISO Standards. bull; Liaise with customers, enforcement bodies, HS E professional bodies, insurance or audit bodies when required. bull; Proactively contribute to the continuous QHSE improvement process of the company in order to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability. bull; Provide guidance and advice to the team on compliance with statutory requirements and company standards. bull; Keep up to date with new legislation and best practices in the industry.
