Part time chef

Chef required for a pub in the matlock area. 30 hours per week GBP25,000 per year (works out around GBP16ph). This is the only chef in the kitchen, you will be cooking using local butchers meat, seasonal and weekly menus. They have a regular client base and they want themed nights, seasonal and weekly menus that change on a regular basis. the days and hours are set, which means its fantastic for a chef who is now looking to reduce the hours they work for a more life balance. The role As a chef you will cook in the kitchen, this is a small kitchen cooking a small but regular changing menu. you will meet the butcher each week to discuss the meats for that week and design a menu based around the seasonal produce available. you will also work on themed nights as well. This is a part time role, working 30 hours per week with set days and hours. This role will include all the normal chef duties.
