VEHICLE TECHNICIAN / MOT TESTER ENFIELD AREA GBP33,000 to GBP37,000 PER ANNUM NO WEEKENDS INDEPENDENT GARAGE Alecto Recruitment are looking for skilled and experienced Vehicle Technicians and / or MOT Testers for an independent garage in the Enfield area. If you have a passion for automotive maintenance and repair, along with the necessary qualifications and experience, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various vehicles, including mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic work. Conduct MOT tests in compliance with DVSA regulations, ensuring vehicles meet legal safety and environmental standards. Diagnose and rectify vehicle faults efficiently and accurately using diagnostic equipment and technical manuals. Provide excellent customer service, explaining repair options and recommendations clearly to customers. Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.Requirements: Qualified MOT Tester with a valid DVSA MOT testing license. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair. Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, with strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Full UK driving license.
