Job Title: Project Manager ( FITOUT ) Location: Guildford Salary: GBP70,000 - GBP82,000 + Car Allowance + Pension + Holiday + project related bonus Start Date: June Company Overview: A medium-sized fit-out contractor specialising in the commercial sector is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join their dynamic team. With a focus on delivering high-quality fit-out projects, the company has recently secured a prestigious GBP13 million office fit-out project in Surrey, scheduled to commence in June or July. Job Overview: As the Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the successful delivery of the GBP13 million office fit-out project in Surrey. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record specifically within the fit-out sector, demonstrating expertise in managing similar projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the office fit-out Manage all aspects of the project, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. Implement best practices and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Provide regular reports to senior management on project status and performance.Requirements: Proven track record as a Project Manager within the fit-out sector. Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage project teams. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Sound knowledge of construction methodologies and building regulations. Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure. Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
