Contracts manager

Contracts Manager (Electrical Bias) Greater Manchester Up to GBP50,000 TS Recruitment are working with a long-standing M E client based in the North West who are now actively recruiting a Contract Manager with an Electrical Bias. You will be responsible for the day to day running of multiple commercial and industrial electrical projects for values between GBP10,000 and GBP250,000. Day to Day Duties: Managing electrical projects and contracts. Handling commercial aspects of projects, including procurement and financial management. Conducting meetings with clients, conducting surveys, monitoring progress, overseeing design phases, and coordinating handover processes. Requirements: Experience working within a Mechanical Electrical (M E) environment, or similar - minimum 3 years of experience. Must hold 18th edition qualification. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
