About the role: Due to continued growth, They are now hiring a Commercial Contracts Manager to lead their commercial team and oversee the interpretation, management, and enforcement of both new and existing contracts. Candidates from any M E and/or construction management background will be considered. Key Responsibilities: middot; General contracts management and ensuring the contract appraisal process is administered correctly to protect the company middot; Client liaison and negotiation middot; Production of documents, reports and briefings for clients and internal management middot; Monthly review of progress and budget of projects middot; Identifying and managing commercial risks middot; Provide contractual advice during the tendering process up until project completion middot; Accounts management / credit control to a high degree of commercial awareness middot; Manage mediation /adjudication claims Desired experience and Attributes: middot; Previous experience within construction management and/or M E/sprinkler works middot; Contract understanding and interpretation middot; Proficient understanding of legal matters and the Construction Act middot; Ability to clearly and professionally negotiate matters to reach the desired outcome middot; A high level of interpersonal skills both written and verbal middot; Strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills middot; Detail oriented
